About this campaign
Rogue stared at my 13 year old through a glass window located in a pet shop inside the mall. My daughter fell in love with her and became her human mom. We’ve had her beautiful soul for 1 year and love her dearly. At the time of purchase we did not realize how much joy she would bring to our household.
She loves to play with her cat sister who we also purchased at the same time as her. Rogue likes to hide under the bed, use her paws to try to open closed doors, and knock over her bowl full of water daily. She a very outgoing, high energy, and sweetheart. She’ll allow you to pet her on her own terms and purrs for affection.
This is an unexpected costly procedure that is not budget friendly. 250$ cost at discharge and now 1200$ or so for the tail amputation and any other additional charges.
She began chewing her tail on 2/21/21 at 11pm at night. At 1 am I noticed blood all over and she was very agitated. She chewed a piece of her tail off and we couldn’t stop the bleeding. She was rushed to the emergency clinic where she was discharged at 2:58 am. She’s on antibiotics, pain meds, has a cone on her head so she wouldn’t keep biting her tail. Tail amputation was the option given.
She has a very unique personality and is the boss. She meows after she knocks down her water bowl for you to refill it for her. Rogue makes sure to play loudly while you try to sleep and she jumps on you throughout the night to wake you up. She’s a huge part of our daily lives and is so loved. Rogue brightens any dark room.
