Rooney Flores is a 7-year-old Chihuahua in San Diego, CA, who needs $2,000 for Chemotherapy.

Rooney has been diagnosed with lymphoma on 9/28/22. He needs to start treatment asap but I don't have the funds to do so. I love my boy so much, he's been an angel to me. He's help me through my darkest depression. He's a light in my life and have to repay the helo back to him. He's my best friend, i cant lose him.

Rooney has 2 son's, Lucky & Prince. Prince had to be adopted because at the time i was about to be homeless and the family who were going to take care of my dogs said 4 dogs would be way too much to take care of. Fast forward to present day, I have theyre a 3 dog family. Lucy the mom age 12, Lucky age 4, and Rooney the dad age 7. Rooney is the most chill. loving and joyful one out of them all.

He's a light in every room he's in. He brightens and heals eerybodies day who he meets. Rooney is a chunky monkey so he loves great food. He loves bananas and for some reaon lettuce. He's such a joy to be around, he's well behaved without training. He's small so he's nervous around bigger dogs at first but makes friends easily.

Rooney's vet called me on 9/28/22 with the horrible news of the diagnosis of lymphoma. Rooney has only had ear infections in the past. The initial reason for taking him to the vet was to check his prostate but days before i noticed bumps on his neck. The vet immediately was worried about lymphoma and was right after performing an idexx cytology.

I just recently started my current job this past november. I had to move to san deigo from the palm springs area to live with my sister to escape homelessness. San diego is way too expensive so I'm left with little to no money after rent/utilities.
