Rosco is a 9 year old Labrador Retriever in Saint Louis, MI, who needs $737 for Aural Hematoma Repair.

Rosco comes from a rough background and when I did get him, he had a very deep fear of people and hatred for people. He needs specialized care from his vet team anytime he goes in which unfortunately comes with a higher cost, he needs to be sedated before going in for everyones safety. He lives in a lovely home with his dog sister and gets along well with her.

Rosco goes to State Road Animal Hospital. They know of his heart condition and his history with people. They are very good with him and they treat him like family. If he pushes back, they give him space and schedule another time for him to make it less stressful.

He currently has a cauliflower ear and it needs to be drained and given antibiotics.

Rosco is special because in the time I've had him, he's gone from a very aggressive dog who was terrified of people into a love bug with his family. He loves attention, he always curls up with me and I just can't imagine my life without him. Due to his heart condition, I don't have very long left with him, the vets gave him 6 months to a year left to live. I want to keep him comfortable and happy
