About this campaign
I rescued Roscoe 9 years ago. I remember he was in a very bad shape but then he followed me and as I look into his eyes I knew he needed me. After that I promise to never give up on him ever. He plays a very important role in my life he is not only my dog but also my emotional support animal.
Roscoe is a very well behaved dog. I’ve had him for more than 9 beautiful years and he has never hurt a living thing. He doesn’t even bark, well expect at the vacuum. But other than that he’s so lovable. My dad and Roscoe were inseparable. They would go to the kitchen at 2am to find something to eat, they're always together. My dad passed away 7 months ago. We were devastated as well as Roscoe.
My father passed away 7 months ago, with funeral expenses, It’s been a very different year for. This dog means to us and the family, not only that he is only my emotional support. I want to give him his best chance. Thank you!
Roscoe was mis-diagnosed by a former vet. We grew very concerned about his lump on his rear end. The vet did some testing as recommended. She told me that it was a benign tumor and should be left alone because of his age. December 2020 we found out it was a bilateral perineal hernia. Hopefully with enough funds I can get his surgery done at Stanford Vet Center.
Roscoe makes us smile in so many ways with his little doggie gestures. This lil guy does silly things just like, he doesn’t want to come in the room so I close the door, few seconds later he keeps scathing the door to come in. He sits on top of my face for attention. He knows dog tricks, he knows how to entertain us.
