Hello, our dog Roscoe came into our lives 8 years ago when he was given to us as a gift by one of our neighbors. We have always wanted a dog & were so extremely happy to have him join our family. We chose his name Roscoe because he loved watching the movie “Welcome home Roscoe Jenkins” with us. His nicknames are Ross, Rj, Mr Jenkins & Ross man and he responds to all! :)

Roscoe loves going on car rides, especially to Starbucks for puppycinos. He absolutely loves walking at the beach and around our neighborhood with us. When walking he is only interested in searching for birds to bark at. He barks at any animal that flies. Roscoe loves to play with squeaky toys and our cat named Autumn, they are besties!

I'm a single mom of 4 & unemployed due to covid. I have an 11 year old son who is autistic & the bond between them is very strong. Roscoe is our protector, their sibling, my child. I have exhausted all my resources & need any help possible to help pay for his medical bills.

Over the weekend we noticed Roscoe struggling to breath, not eating or drinking & extremely lethargic. His personality is very bubbly, happy and outgoing , this was unlike him. We rushed him to the clinic & a number of tests were done. His X-rays showed signs of lung cancer or a possible lung fungal infection. In order to determine what it is a biopsy must be done & hospital stay to treat him.

Roscoe loves his treats! He loves peanut butter and doggy ice cream. When we eat we MUST set him up a bowl of his own food and place it next to the dinner table to make him feel included while we eat. If he sees you eating absolutely anything he will sit right in front of your face until you get up and get him something to eat as well. Lol. He loves to be included in everything we do.
