Rosebud is a 1 year old Mix-Breed in Reno, NV, who needs $2,000 for x-rays.

Sweet Rosebud was rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation. Her mom was so stressed in that environment that she chewed off all of her kittens’ ears in desperation. (Thankfully, Mom and every cat from that home have since been rescued and spayed or neutered.)

Recently, little Rosebud was rushed to urgent care after she began drooling, dry heaving, and refusing to eat. Tests revealed her red blood cell count is dangerously low. While she’s thankfully negative for parvo, FIV, and FeLV, she’s still very sick and fragile.

They’ve started her on anti-nausea medication, antibiotics, and antiparasitics, but if she doesn’t improve soon, she’ll need X-rays—the next critical step in diagnosing what’s wrong. Unfortunately, Kitty Kisses Rescue of Reno can’t afford that cost right now as their emergency funds are severely low.
