About this campaign
Rosie is a 7 year old dachshund. She is very loving and has a cute little personality. You can catch her on the couch chewing on her favorite toy or in the kitchen looking for some food. Rosie loves her mom and dad, Shelly and Robert. She also loves her other mom, Kristen. Rosie has several siblings, two cats and two dogs.
Rosie loves to sleep in the bed with one of her family members. She loves to be under the cover as she can’t sleep without one. She loves to go walks around the yard. It is her favorite thing to do besides squeak her favorite donut toy or eat. Rosie has always been very playful and happy. She loves everyone that we love.
Rosie loves to eat. Every time a chip bag is opened, she’s there. It’s hard to pick her favorite food. I think all food is her favorite. She loves to play with squeaky toys and play fetch with tennis balls. She really enjoys when she gets to play with her two sisters. Her two sisters are a chihuahua named Jasmine, and a golden retriever named Sandy.
Rosie was diagnosed on March 22, 2024 with IVDD. Intervertebral Disc Disease is a disc that has moved and causes severe pain. It can lead to paralysis if left untreated. Rosie is in severe pain and needs an MRI done to detect where and exactly how bad it is. If the MRI comes back with bad news chances are she will need surgery to have a good quality of life.
We are needing financial help with Rosie’s medical bills due to not being prepared financially. The cost of the MRI and possible surgery is going to be thousands. We love our Rosie so much. She is like a daughter and we’ll do anything for her but just need a little help.
