FINAL UPDATE ON ROSIE 🐾

Rosie’s surgery was a success, and his parents are thrilled to have him back home. And yes… \\\_him\\\_. 😄

Turns out Rosie is a boy! He was neutered at the time of surgery, and his parents have decided to keep the name Rosie—because honestly, it fits. 🤣

Thanks to everyone who showed Rosie love and support. He’s recovering comfortably at home and doing great!

Rosie is a stray kitten that was found by a young couple in July. They took her in to keep her safe, and fell in love. She was the joy they didn’t realize they were missing.

But as they were snuggling in bed one night, they realized Rosie was having difficulty breathing. They rushed her to the vet where an XRY suggested a diaphragmatic hernia-an opening which allowed her abdominal organs to migrate upwards, crowding her lungs. The only solution was surgery, but they do not have the finances necessary to cover the cost.

Rosie is loved. She is safe and well-cared for, and her parents quickly recognized her distress and took her to the vet. One by One Animal Rescue wants to cover Rosie’s life-saving surgery so she can continue to be a beloved companion.

Your donation is 100% needed today! These pet parents and the rescue are desperately trying to raise funds to give Rosie the care she needs and deserves. Please help us save Rosie’s life ♥️
