About this campaign

I adopted Rosie from a Canine rescue at 3 months old, and she's been my best friend for the past five years. We moved to Boston together for college, inseparable since day one. However, due to her current health situation, I've made the tough decision to fly her back home to be with my family. It's a temporary separation, but it's heart-wrenching to part with my loyal companion.

Rosie is softie. As a gentle giant, she possesses the ability to play hard and love even harder. Whether she's napping all day by your side or sprinting alongside, chasing new sights and smells, her versatility shines. She eagerly engages with every dog, displaying intelligence, sweetness, and remarkable patience, especially with young children.

Rosie's nightly joy? Cuddling on "her" couch with a teddy bear. Outdoors, she revels in grassy rolls and playful antics with toys, including her puzzle. She will do anything for food! Expressive and sociable, her giant smile, "angry nibs," and head tilts at new sounds are endearing. Plus, she loves dressing up in hats and jammies! 🐾💕

Last year, Rosie tore her CCL in her right leg, and due to financial constraints, we've been managing her condition as best as we can. Unfortunately, just before Thanksgiving, she experienced another setback, tearing the CCL in her left leg. Without the ability to walk, she is now in great need of a double leg TPLO surgery as recommended by several vets.

As college students in Boston, our tight budget is stretched as is. Despite CareCredit, we can't manage payments for the $6,100 TPLO surgery. She loves to run, roll and bring joy to us all. This means everything to us. Your support would make a world of difference.
