Rosie was named after a song from AC/DC. Whole lotta Rosie. She was a puppy when she got left with us but quite a handful of attitude. She was covered in fleas and filthy. The people said it was male but when she got a good bath I discovered he was a she. I guess they thought her umbilical cord spot was a boy . I didn't care one way or another. She had already melted my heart .

Rosie has a mass in her back mammary gland. It started in the last year and in the past 6mos or so it has grown quite large. It's starting to interfere with her walking and she can't run and play like she wants to. I got her checked out at pets in need of Cincinnati after her application was accepted and the vet said she was in great shape overall except for the mass hanging down.

Rosie is definitely my dog. She picked me I guess I should say. She's my protector, my stress relief and my support system. I can't imagine a day without her. My husband had a stroke while I was going through my first cancer treatments of chemo and radiation. He stayed in a nursing home for awhile and she was my support system. She knows what's going on. She never leaves my side. She's so special.

Right before my husband had his stroke we lost our place to live and moved into a camper. He is now on SSI an the camper fell in so we are homeless. I just had surgery because the cancer came back. I'm going thru treatments. But more than anything I just want help for Rosie
