Rosie is a 8 year old Mix-Breed in Omaha, NE, who needs $2,500 for Splenectomy.

I adopted Rosie in 2017. We moved all over the country as a military family. Rosie and her brother falcon did everything together for 8 years. While I was on deployment Falcon got a diagnosis and sadly passed away, October 2025. Rosie has already had a hard time without him. Now she has a spleen tumor and needs surgery to keep it from rupturing. She is an energetic happy dog and needs help.

I took her to the Papillion Banfield in Nebraska for budlging on the right abdomen. Xrays showed a spleen tumor and it is quite enlarged. She needs a removal before it becomes an emergency situation and bleed out internally. She is still very energetic and it is only a matter of time before she lays down, gets out of bed wrong, uses the bathroom, or even walking around causing it to rupture.

Rosie has been a part of my life since I became an adult. She is the dog I got with my late husband. It was such an amazing experience to raise her with him before he passed but in the grief I had from his loss her and falcon were support and part of him that I got to hold onto. She is very sweet and playful even in her older age. Her favorite thing to do is cuddle and go for walks in home depot.

I need the financial support to get her surgery paid for in such rushed time. I dont have money that I can pull from as I support a lot of my family with their bills and this emergency wasnt saved for as i just had falcons surgery procedures and end of life care paid for.
