About this campaign
Rosie was rescued off of a street, it was very very busy. My granddaughter picked her up and brought her home. When she came in the house she was so feisty and thought that she was 10 foot tall and bullet proof. Throughout the years she became very special to me and to my family. She is a very very sweet dog and we love her so much. She likes to lay on the couch with my grandson.
Rosie is a very affectionate dog. She likes to sleep with me and her siblings under the covers right by my feet. She likes to go outside and chase the squirrels and the black birds. And she loves to eat grass.
One thing she doesn’t like to do is be put on a leash and go for walks. When I say let’s go for a walk she goes and hides under my bed. If I say let’s go for a walk kids she’s the first one jumping off the couch and goes and hides and you don’t see her until I come back from walking with her brother and sister. In the morning when I sit in my chair she’s right beside me, waiting for her morning bone.
Rosie has a lump on her leg that used to be very small and now it has grown into quite a big lump. I took her to the vet and they did a biopsy and they said that she should have surgery to remove it soon. They seem to be very concerned about it but they didn’t say whether or not it was cancer. I hope not that would be devastating if she were to have cancer and die. Please help me. And Rosie. Please.
I live on a very fixed income. I collect Social Security which is very little to support my needs and live a decent life. I am 75 years old. My husband passed away five years ago and ever since he’s been gone my financial needs have become worse every day. I need help for Rosie.
