About this campaign
Roxas came to us as a puppy from a breeder. He picked us as much as we picked him. He was a very friendly pup; one of the few who would play with the runt of litter without bullying. We've had him since he was 8 weeks old and have loved every day that he's present. He knows how to make you smile and brought joy to our hearts. We just love our last german shepherd not long before we found Roxas.
Roxas loves his sticks. He prefers them over any other outdoor toy. He loves the snow; especially since he can dig at it and eat it too. Liver treats are his favorite, besides peanut butter and chewing on beef bones. He and his cat sister, Freya, get along well. She tries to steal his food, even when he's eating it.
Roxas doesn't know a stranger. He literally wants to be everyone's best friend that he meets (worst guard dog haha). He has a cat sister who he gets along with. He loves to smile and make other very goofy expressions. Often times we say he has a deep face, even though we know he's very intelligent. Roxas is extremely sweet and loving.
Roxas is 9 months old (at this time) and was diagnosed with double hip dysplasia. He was diagnosed at Moore Vet Hospital, where I work, and is being treating by a vet who specializes in orthopedics. She is, however, unable to do total hip replacement. This is what Roxas needs to be the best version of himself long term.
Less than 1 year ago, we lost our german shepherd of 5 1/2 years to Evans Syndrome. Its rare but devastating. He underwent two blood transfusions and more. Now we have a new issue. Plus I'm filing bankrupcty as we speak.
