Roxie is a 11-year-old English Setter Rottweiler Mix in Cincinnati, OH, who needs $750 for Mass Removal Cancer Surgery.

I adopted Roxie a year or so after I got hit by a car, shortly after I moved into our current home in 2012. She has been a companion for me through a lot of my health issues and many life challenges. Recently we are trying to navigate life after getting out of a very bad situation.

Roxie enjoy spending time in bed, sleeping or soaking in the sun outside and when she is doing neither of those she usually can be found curled up with her mom. She does have siblings and she enjoys running around the backyard and chasing them and having fun, she does enjoy taking a walk, however we've had to limit those due to the cancer. She is always ready to play and make someone smile.

Roxie came to me at a time where my life was just restarting. She is always there when you are sad and happy, but she just knows when you're having a bad day. She knows how to Cheer you up when you're at your lowest and you know she's just always there with puppy kisses and wagging tail and able to get your mind off things. And now with the next chapter of our lives, I pray she is with me for it.

Roxie has developed a cancer growth on her side. We Go to pets in need greater Cincinnati. They are willing to remove the tumor, and have it checked to figure out what type of cancer it is. Does that says that the only way to treat it is to remove it.

I suffer from many health conditions and back in April I suffered a mental health breakdown following the person that was harming us moving out and due to that I am trying to get my life together and I just can't afford $750.
