Roxy suddenly became extremely weak and collapsed, so we rushed her to Suncoast Emergency Vet in Sarasota, FL. Her bloodwork was critical, with dangerously high sodium levels, and she was placed in intensive care. She later required transfers to Lakewood Ranch and BluePearl Sarasota for oxygen support, specialized testing, and ongoing critical treatment.

Roxy is special because she has a spark that refuses to fade, even after everything she’s been through. She’s playful, sassy, and full of personality — the kind of puppy who wiggles her whole body when she recognizes her people. Despite her rocky start, she bonds quickly, loves being held, and follows her family everywhere, soaking up every bit of love she’s given.
