Ruffles, my kitty boy's name, was given to me as a gift when he was just a kitten, and over the years, he’s become the sweetest, most loving companion — truly the love of my life. Watching him grow and share his gentle personality with everyone he meets has been such a blessing. I never knew a kitty like him would fill such a big spot in my heart.

Unfortunately, something terrible happened recently — someone shot him with what appears to have been a pellet gun, injuring his limb. He’s now limping and in pain, and I’ve been told that surgery will likely be necessary to help him heal and regain his mobility. Seeing him like this has been devastating.
