Rufus is a sweet, loving, and strong boy who has survived the loss of one eye due to being hit by a car about a year ago and he is only 2 years old himself! He never let that take away from his friendly, milk loving self! Rufus is an indoor/outdoor cat and sometimes gets away with having his cake and eating it too by soaking up love and meals at home and then making his rounds to the neighbors too

Rufus is very ill and is showing many signs of ingesting something poisonous. He is lethargic and has vomited numerous times but shows no signs of improvement. He had stayed in one spot and shows no interest in anything at all and seems to be worsening quickly.

Rufus shows his love and acceptance of his human friends by gently head butting them and even though he can meow just fine he has his own little silent meow so my boyfriend can’t hear him meowing at me for milk when he had his daily milk already but always seems to trick us into both giving him a bowl! I love my Rufus so much and am heartbroken that he may not survive this

I am at the biggest financial struggle I’ve ever experienced after having the worst luck with vehicle repairs I’ve ever heard of and adjusting to caring for my mother in law who is elderly and who also adores our Rufus.
