Rupert Bear is a 5-year-old Flame Point Siamese cat in El Paso, TX who needs 313 for eyelid surgery, for entropion repair.

Rupert Bear showed up in my front yard one day all sad and lost. Someone must have dumped him off! He is a beautiful polar bear boy, very sweet and loving.
One of Rupert's eyelids is turned in and I asked the vet what could be done. I want to get it fixed so Rupert is as handsome as he can be. I'm also worried that he might lost his vision in that eye! I want to get him healthy and pretty so he can find a loving forever home.
The vet said a minor surgery would correct it. The surgery costs $300, so Rupert and I are asking for help with the cost of the surgery.
