About this campaign

Sadie, an American Pit Bull Terrier, is a certified emotional support animal living in Texas with her human mommy, Theresa Dorn. Loyal and affectionate, Sadie provides unwavering comfort and companionship. Her calm demeanor and intuitive nature make her an essential part of Theresa's life, offering support through emotional challenges in the heart of the Lone Star State.

My 7-year-old, 80-pound American Pit Bull Terrier, Sadie, has been diagnosed with pyometra, a serious uterine infection. She is currently resting at home while we prepare for her upcoming surgery at Deason Animal Hospital. This operation is crucial for her recovery, and we're doing everything we can to ensure she receives the best possible care.

Sadie is not just a pet but a lifeline. As my certified emotional support animal, she's been a constant source of comfort. Sadie is also my grandson Ashton’s best friend. They share a unique bond, watching movies and playing together. Sadie has been incredibly gentle and protective of Ashton, caring for him tenderly since he was an infant. Her presence brings love and stability to our family.

I recently started a new job, moved, and used my savings to support a family member until they began their new job. These expenses, combined with the current economic strain, have depleted my savings. Having Sadie healthy again would bring immense relief and stability.
