Sally is a 2 year old Yorkshire Terrier in Port Jervis, NY, who needs $2,000 for Orthopedic Surgery.

My little Sally came into my life after my 16 year old Yorkie passed. Sally is my constant companion and I am working with her to become my diabetic alert dog. She goes to work with me and we are never apart. She helped heal my heart and she is my heart. I don’t know what I would do without her.

Last night at my farm, I was taking care of our horses. Sally was at the end of the aisle away from any of the animals. One of the horses broke out of his stall and ran to the end of the aisle way. Sally tried to get out of the way but the horse stepped on her back leg. We took her to an emergency vet. She has a compound fracture and she needs surgery.

Sally is an absolute doll. She loves her babies and will pick one to bring with her whenever she goes outside to go potty. She really loves her ball and cannot wait for it to be thrown. She sleeps cuddled up to me every night in the crook of my arm. She never wants to be away from her family. Her best 4 legged friend is my daughter’s dog Ollie. They are only 3 months apart.

Currently I am fighting for custody of my grandson due to parental neglect by my older daughter. We are financially strapped right now as a result of this. This assistance would mean the world to me because my little Sally means the world to me.
