About this campaign

Sami was a stray street cat that I rescued. I took her in when she became depressed after losing her partner. Now, she is living as my ESA and helping me deal with my anxiety in my apartment with another street cat she adopted named Moonie.

Sami is a sassy cat. She is very picky about who and when she interacts with people. However, she always knows when a person needs support with cuddles and kitten kisses. I fostered a kitten a year ago who's mother abandoned her and brothers had died. Sami adopted her as her own and raised her. Now they are always together.

She is intelligent and fiesty. She's a survivor and likes to pretend she isn't spoiled and is still in the wild. She taught her sister how to hunt roaches and likes to pretend she can't jump on anything but when she smells the food, she's ready to jump any barrier. she use jump on houses for fun. You can pet her, but when she's had enough, she'll use her paw to gently push you away.

Sami gets anxious. We recently moved to a new apartment and when she got too anxious she started eating a headband. Unfortunately, she was vomiting all night andhad to take her to the emergency room. Still her vitals were strong. When I took her to get xrays again we noticed a potential obstruction. I didn't want to risk it and try to let it pass by itself we decided on foreign body removal surgery

my sister and I moved in together bc she needed a place to live but could not afford it on her own. We were set but she then lost her job and is now searching but before this we were already concerned we wouldn't make rent for Aug with loans coming up, finances will tight
