Samson is a 13-year-old Pit Bull in TUCSON, AZ, who needs $500 for an infected toe nail and lump on his neck.

We adopted Samson when he was 8 weeks old. Hes been our furbaby ever since. He's loved by everyone . He's a gentle soul, a huge teddy bear that thinks he's small enough to lay in our laps. He loves kids and other doggies. He's usually energetic and full of spunk. He is now 13 years old and slowing down a bit; full of greys but still our fur baby. Sam is a indoor pet but has plenty of yard.

Sam gets along with our children and grandchildren and is always happy when they come to visit and love on him. We are currently fostering out friends dog a miniature pincher while he is away and Sam takes her under his wing and loves her, protects her and plays with her. Sam is also my companion dog for my anxiety. He stays close and is protective but never aggressive.

Currently I'm going through a disability case because I have a spinal disease and am no longer able to work. My husband works for himself and is a house painter, however right now with the coronavirus no one is really able to afford to get their houses painted.

Sam has developed a curved nail on his back paw that has become swollen and possibly infected. Hes now limping and in pain. He now has a lump in his throat. He's not eatting and is lethargic. He needs immediate vet help. Please find it in your hearts to help Samson. We have no way of paying for a vet to examine him.

He is the most loving spoiled big softy he's never hurt anyone or anything . He loves to be loved. He looks at us with his big eyes as if he's saying I love you. He is so big he's goofy and clumsy but that's what makes him Sam. Sam is happy and loves to watch what's going on outside . All our neighbors love him. Sam is usually so active and playful.
