About this campaign
Samurai is the third generation of cats that live in the woods near my mom's house. I took him, and his brother ninja, in when their mother dropped them at my feet in May of 2011. Samurai moved with me to California later that year, and then back to Seattle when I finished college.

Samurai was taken into the vet because of a tick found on his belly. He reacted poorly to the doxycycline the vet game him. We switched antibiotics, but he's all but stopped eating. He's anemic and dehydrated. He's at the hospital with an IV in, getting a transfusion, and looking forward to a
Samurai's treatment is going to cost at least $4000 for the next 24hrs in the hospital. This is going to max out my care credit. Unfortunately I am a secretary at Seattle Public Schools, and don't make enough to cover the costs.
