About this campaign
We took our 6 month old boy to the vet for a limp and of course he needs surgery. One of his bones in his leg is unable to grow anymore causing him great pain and discomfort. We just want our lil guy to be able to grow and live a happy healthy life. Living paycheck to paycheck makes it almost impossible to be able to afford this on our own. Any donations would be a huge blessing to us.
Sawyer is the goofiest most loving little guy. He never leaves my side whether im cleaning around the house or sleeping all day. He has an older brother whose an 8 year old rottweiler who adore eachother. They play and sleep together every day. Sawyer was such a perfect addition to our family, my heart just breaks seeing him uncomfortable and now be able to run and play like he should
Im 27 and have lived paycheck to paycheck since i was 18. I pay all my bills on time and am able to keep food in the fridge but i sure am not financially stable enough to afford this surgery. Im reaching out, desperate, in all the ways i can.
There isn't much medical background in his short little life so far other than this unexpected bone growth problem. One of the growth plates in his arm closed prematurely causing it to stunt his bone development. We are taking him to the Veterinary specialist in madison wisconsin to undergo surgery. The sooner he can get the surgery the bettter.
Sawyer is the silliest dog ive ever had. He has a very quirky personality and is pretty darn smart for his age. He LOVES people and other animals. Ive just fallen so in love with this dog, seeing him in pain is heart wrenching. Being a dog mom is my biggest calling in life and i just want to give this guy the life he deserves
