About this campaign
I struggle with multiple mental illnesses... Sawyer was something I bought myself to help me stay motivated and help me when I’m struggling with hearing voices and seeing things... sawyer is the only reason I can function and stay in touch with reality . He lets me know the voices and things I’m seeing aren’t real and gives me the confidence to do the things I need to do to get through the day
Sawyer is my shadow. I take him everywhere. I spend all day everyday with him. He is my lifeline . Sawyer is my connection to the world. He keeps me motivated when I get depressed from the issues I’m dealing with and he has a sense of my feelings before I even know I’m feeling them. Sawyer saved my life when he came into it and I can’t survive without him
I recently lost my home due to black mold and in a world of Covid no other rentals are available. I had to go onto state assistance and am currently paying to live with my 3 kids in an extended stay.
Sawyer fractured his tibia in multiple locations. He needs an amputation or pins placed in his leg. I’ve applied for credit and scratch pay with no luck. I’ve called resources, shelters, humane society’s and even rescue that are specific to his breed for help. Losing sawyer will have a huge negative impact on my life. I don’t know that I could survive without him
Sawyer loves the dog park and getting out for walks and meeting people. He is the friendliest goofiest dog ever. He has a personality that will win you over in one glance and has the cutest zoomies ever. He has a smile that will take up his whole face and melt your heart. He’s so loving and easy going all he wants to do is make you happy
