Scooter is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Denver , NC, who needs $2,000 for IVDD Surgery.

We got Scooter five and half years ago from the shelter. She chose my husband, when he walked by she stuck her paw out at him, the lady at the shelter was surprised because Scooter was shy. She was only 4 months old when we got her. She is our first baby. We can't have kids so she became our daughter and then a few years later we got her a little brother to play with, stuck like glue now

We came home from the store and found Scooter unable to use her back legs. We rushed her to the vet and they are telling us she needs surgery for IVDD. Which we can't afford it all because we are a blue collar family and it is very expensive to get the MRI and surgery. But we can't lose our baby after only 5 years. She hasn't lived a full life yet. My baby deserves a chance.

Scooter loves her little brother Roscoe. He gets anxiety if she isn't with him. She is a loving friendly dog that always wants attention and loving from everyone. She loves riding, walking, and playing at the park with new friends. If she sees you sad she is fast to try and make you better.

I am the only one working right now, due to medical reasons my husband can't work at the moment. Our family can't lose our little girl she means the world to us all. Without us being able to have kids she is our child. I don't know if I can make it without her.
