Scotch is a 3 year old Australian Shepherd in Florissant, CO, who needs $20,000 for Wound Care, Skin Graft and Blood Transfusion.

We adopted Scotch from my Niece and drove 12 hours to pick him up. It was absolutely love at first site! He was just the sweetest puppy and loved snuggles. My niece's daughters would read him bedtime stories and he really loved that snuggle time which he continued to get once we brought him home. He is such a lover and gentle soul. He loves being on the ranch and running with the 4 wheelers.

Scotch was attacked possibly by one of our other dogs or a predator while we were out of town. We found him gravely injured when we returned. His injuries to his skin are significant and he has lost a lot of blood. He is currently on an ng tube for feeding and a significant amount of care will have to happen over the coming months. It is just incredibly expensive and we are struggling to provide.

Scotch is one of the most loving dogs we have ever had. This happened at no fault of his own and we feel unbelievably terrible. We just want to give this amazing boy a chance to live his happiest life.

This is a huge financial cost that we were not expecting. We have a ranch but running a ranch is very costly. This is many thousands of dollars that we just don't have right now. We are having to weigh wether to continue treatment or let him go which is devastating.
