Scrappy was a late Christmas gift for my children including my disabled four year old son, from the beginning it was love at first sight , 8weeks he came bursting through the door falling into open arms with our family ,my children have suffered the loss of their father scared for Scrappy they are already not eating or sleeping we are devastated

My kids and I absolutely adore Scrappy, they fight over loving on him all day everyday , before leaving for school and returning the first thing they do is kiss him tell him bye and pick him up loving on him as soon as they return, it was beyond sad and uneasy getting them from school having to share such devastating news 😢

For him to be only 8weeks he is so smart and full of life, as soon as I wake up and see him I smile my heart melts , this household will be devastated without him, I am trying so hard to get funding together as the shelter is serious about pay before treatment as he is considered property to them , to us he is family and we love him

Friday, was a horrible day , I decided to go against my intuition and take scrappy off the leash so he may run freely for potty time , he was running and out of no where a car hit my baby , a few minutes later he went limp and started breathing slowly, I rushed him to the hospital , he has swelling on his brain went from critical to stable still needing care

I'm a single poor mama of four kids ,finances are already tuff , with a disabled child included I am unable to keep a job , this puppy was a late gift to my kids as Christmas was a hard time , my children are devastated and scared, sad and not eating please help
