All I know is I love my Scruffy so much he had been with us 8 years. He is a special part of our family. We all love him so much. We are doing what we can to give him on great life. He is so wonderful and a great joy to us all. Ever since he followed my daughter him we have loved him from the first sight. He has been a Godsend...Especially for my daughter.
