Scruffy is a 2 year old Yorkshire Terrier in Devore, CA, who needs $2,000 for Emergency Services, X-rays, Blood Work, Medication.

Scruffy came into our live not planned. My friend found him and posted him all over, and nobody answered. She already had a few female dogs so her partner told her she had to get rid of him by the end of the day so we took him. Scruffy is my husband's first puppy ever. He has helped him though a mid- life crises. Bringing joy to our lives and the will and reason for living. He makes us a family.

Scruffy was attacked by a pitbull two days ago and we are now homeless and it's hard enough to feed him. We took him to the Vet but they turned us away from lack of being able to pay. I took him to the hospital and same thing happened. He's having a hard time walking. We thought he would be ok but he's not getting better. He needs to be looked at, he needs meds. Scruffy is a good dog. He's a lover. He gets along with everyone and everyone loves him. I need him to be seen by a professional so I know how to help him. He's so sad that he's in this situation not being able to be himself. I'm scared for him. I can tell he's in a lot of pain. Please scruffy is what makes us a family. He doesn't deserve to be suffering like this. Thank you so much for your time.
