Sebastian is a 5-year-old German Shepherd in Lacey, WA, who needs $2,000 for Chemo Therapy.

Sebastian was the biggest blessing in such a hard time for us. He came to us from a family friend, as the only boy out of 7 puppies. He was so energetic and playful and still is. We knew from the moment we saw him he belonged in our family. Over the years we’ve watched him grow and learn and grow into his huge personality and have loved every single part of it.

Sebastian is a treat happy, fun, loving and runner dog! He loves to play catch with a ball or any toy that has a squeaker. He’s also a cuddlier and has slept with us in our bed since a few months old. We introduced his human baby brother at the end of 2021 and they are inseparable best friends! The sweetest and biggest protector of us all.

He loves snow. We typically get a late snow and he can’t wait to get out and run in it every year. He tilts his head and makes the silliest faces at us that make us adore him so much!

Sebastian was unfortunately diagnosed on 08/22/2023 with Lymphoma cancer. Very unexpected and has left our family with broken hearts thinking of such limited time together. We have been together for 6 years this November. He requires chemo therapy to extend his life from 2-3 months to 9-12 months with a small percent of dogs living past the 12 months.

The new year started with a lost job and car accident for us. We have had such a hard time catching back up on every bill. Anything would help us save Sebastian for a few more months. He is our family and our first baby whom we shared all our first memories together.
