About this campaign

Sebastian was given to me as a kitten by my father who took in a pregnant stray who camped out in his backyard. I got the pick of the litter. He was this tiny little black and white fluff. His mom was a pretty calico. He’s now 11 years old and has moved with me to San Francisco. Enjoying city life through the windows.

Sebastian is king of the castle. Well he thinks so anyway. He is very social, loving and cuddly. He is gentle with our 8 month old baby. He has grown up with our other cat and they are best friends. She keeps him in check. When he’s healthy they run laps around the apartment. He likes to leave his toys by the bedroom door when we go to sleep. We can always tell by the muffled meows outside door.

Due to COVID my boyfriend and i are really struggling financially. He is on unemployment and I was just brought back only part time a week ago. Our unemployment was put on pause and we don’t know why. We can’t afford expensive treatment, but we really want to help Sebastian.

Unfortunately he has suffered some health issues in his life. Urinary tract issues and an anal abscess... he is a big eater so now seeing him lethargic and not eating for over a week is really hard. Our family is hurting with him. He’s not drinking water either and has had to be put on an IV. He has been hiding behind and under furniture. We miss our silly boy wild boy.

Sebastian is the most handsome, friendly cat I’ve ever had. He constantly entertains us with his playing and zoomies. Jumping over things and diving under tables. Making the apartment an obstacle course. He loves playing with his toys on a stick and jumps super high. He’s so proud of himself how high he can jump.
