Hello everyone. My name is Jim, and I am reaching out to you today on behalf of my absolute hero: a beautiful 10-year-old Boxer-Beagle mix named Seadopted Segal four years ago, and from the moment we met, I knew he had a heart of gold. Segal isn't just my pet and best friend—he is my lifeline. Because of my physical disability, I rely on a motorized wheelchair to navigate life, as my service dog.

Segal has developed abnormal tissue masses on both of his lower eyelids. Most eyelid masses in dogs are fortunately benign (non-cancerous), but they cause severe irritation and rubbing against his eyes every time he blinks.Because Segal is a senior dog at 10 years old, keeping his eyes healthy and clear is critical for him to continue safely working as my service dog.
