My husband and I got Shadow our second year of being together. He always wanted a black lab named shadow and I always wanted a lab and a corgi. We got all our boxes checked with this cutie pie. His birthday is on 10-31 so he’s a Halloween pup who loves cuddling and watching spooky movies (or any movie and reason to be cuddling lol). We’ve had him since he was a pup and he’s almost four years old.

Shadow has easily gotten ear infections since he was a pup in his right ear but now has a large hematoma in his left ear (so heartbreaking). We are doing medicine management, no flap ear wrap for now until we can afford to do the surgical long term solution for our sweet boy. We just got him seen at Westerville Veterinary Clinic on Huber blvd. Praying we can get this taken care of for him.

Shadow is the absolute sweetest boy you’ll meet. He LOVES anything with a heartbeat and is everyone’s best friend. He is so in tune with how everyone is feeling and makes sure you know he’s there and it’ll all be okay. He loves watching the UFC fights with us and going for runs with other dog neighbors, and loves any attention or snacks you have to offer. He truly is our best friend.

This has been a tough year financially, as it has been for everyone. I was just in an accident and lost my car a few weeks ago. Finishing up recovering so obviously this was another unexpected expense to try and prepare for. I just want my boy to be healthy again.
