Sharky is a 8-year-old Pitbull in San Jose, CA, who needs $2,000 for Ear Ablation.

Sharky came to my family in 2015 he was found in a trash can by my nice sharky was badly beaten and Almost starved to death. My niece brought him home. We cleaned his wounds and started to feed him. It took months for Sharkey to gain the weight and to get healthy again. In 2020my niece left the state. And that's when Sharkey came to me.

Sharkey is an awesome dog. Sharkey is very loving and protective of my family, especially my grandson. When my grandson comes over him and sharky love to Chase each other and play, hide-and-seek. Sharky takes me for walks every other day. Shark is a big part of our lives. I love that Sharkey is with me.

Sharkey is funny at night when he wants to go to bed, he stands in front of me and just stares at me. Then when sharky gets in the bed, he cuddles up to my back. And does that big sigh that I know? Hes comfortable and then he takes all the bed. And I get the edge.😅

Sharkey was not in good shape when he was found And because he was starved and did not get that critical nutrition that he needed in the first part of his life. It's now taking a toll as he gets older. Sharkey cannot get rid of the infection that is in his ear and I think it has a lot to do with him being starved as a puppy.

I've been trying to do all I can for Sharkey. I take him to the vet. Which cost me between 300 and 500 every time I take him. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. And some months. I can't get all the food that I need. Because he needs to go to the vet
