SHAY is a 8 year old Chihuahua in BRADENTON, FL, who needs $2,000 for Multiple Teeth Extractions and Meds.

Shay and I live in a condo. She is ADA-approved to live here in a non-pet community. She has a private backyard to do her business as well as her daily walks.

Shay is consistent with her preventative care of flea and heartgard. She has her nails cut at the Vet office as well. She gets a yearly wellness check every year. She is current with her rabies shot and license. Shay is in dire need of teeth removal, she is bleeding and drools blood when she sleeps, my bed sheet is stained

Although she was adopted by me 2 yrs ago from a hoarding situation, she has issues with trust. She does not care for men especially if they're wearing a hat, or anyone carrying items (large purses, bags) She only trusts me and is very protective. She is loving once she knows you are her friend. She loves to play fetch and is very smart. She uses potty pads in the house when I am out.

It saddens me that she has not been vocal about her pain. I could not figure out what the stains were from. I feel awful I did not realize sooner. She was eating fine. I gave her a bath thinking that was the issue, until she slept on my lap and the stain was on my clothing.
