Sherlock is a 11 year old Old English Sheepdog in Eagle Mountain, , who needs $2,000 for Spleen Removal and Biopsy of Liver and Mass.

Sherlock came to us through an interesting situation. Our brother got him from an ethical breeder in Arkansas when he was 9 weeks old. He did his best to take care of him, but was looking to rehome him. My sister and I stepped up, and we have had him ever since. Keeping him was the best idea we have had, and my brother has been able to see him whenever he wants. Our other two dogs love him too.

Sherlock has had a few troubles in the past, but for the most part, it has just been allergy related.

At his yearly vet visit, he got some blood work done and his liver enzymes were elevated. We were finally able to get him in to get some imaging done, and he has a mass in his spleen. He’s going to have his spleen removed at Saratoga Springs Animal Hospital in Saratoga Springs, Utah on 1/06/2025

He is truly the sweetest dude that exists. He used to be so quiet and playful, but then we got another dog, and another sister moved in with her dog. Once the pack was formed, he found his voice. He loves people and other dogs (especially if they’re fluffy). He loves to be with his people and is as smart as hell, and can do so many tricks as long as he gets a treat.

My sisters and I are all in dire finical straights. Two of us are full time students with chronic illnesses, and the other lost their job nearly 6 months ago, and hasn’t been able to find something new. We have maxed out our credit cards, and don’t have income.
