About this campaign

He was adopted 13 years ago. He has a couple of bladder stones and is currently battling Kidney disease diagnosed yesterday 2/27/2023. He is a valued member of our household and is severely missed while he’s in treatment. He is currently undergoing IV fluids to try and bring his levels to a normal reference range.

Sherman sleeps every night cuddled against his human mama safe from the world. He has a fur sister who he gets jealous of if she get more attention than him. His favorite activity aside of eating is sleeping in the sun and by the nice warm heating vent. He also likes to sleep in the middle of mamas bed while she works.

Sherman is literally a dog in a cat’s body. He likes to wander the back yard, Sleep in the sun. He loves to be brushed. Breakfast and dinner time are his favorite times of the day. He runs the house like he is the king which he is.He is the sweetest most loving, easy going cat I’ve every known. You can pick him up and old him like a baby and he is completely cool with it.

When Sherman was adopted he had a naked back and butt because he had to be shaved due to mats. He also had bladder stones. That didn’t resolve with diet change and has possibly led to his kidney disease. He is undergoing IV therapy to help his Kidneys.

Treatment right now if really expensive (ranging from $500-2000)to get his renal values in the Normal range (currently 5-7 times higher then they should be. Then he will need surgery to remove the stones and a special diet there after.
