Shilo is a 8.5 year old Labrador Retriever in Neenah , WI, who needs $2,000 for Tumor Removal Surgery.

Shilo came into our care after my dad tragically passed away in his sleep, just two days after his 62nd birthday. It was well known in the family- if anything ever happened to him, any pets would fall into my care and I gracefully accepted the responsibility and honor with one goal: Give Shilo anything he could ever want or need. Give him the best like I know my Dad would have wanted.

I discovered a bump on one of Shilo's "butt dimples." (Where the fur swirls at the back of his legs-looks like dimples) After inconclusive cytology from our vet, we met with surgery specialist Dr. Edgar, with BluePearl Pet Hospital in Appleton, WI. She has suspected it is most likely cancerous but we will know more with a CT scan & biopsy. Surgery will be next, which we need help with.

Shilo is an intelligent, left-pawed cutie-pie who loves playing "keep away" with clothes, pot holders and the occasional squeaky toy. He also enjoys playing with empty gallon jugs; throwing and kicking them around the house, proving you don't need to spend much for 5 star fun.

It would mean the world to us to raise money for his surgery. We want that tumor out and gone. His birthday is October 15th and we truely believe he still has many more adventerous years to go.
