I rescued Shunkette from a dog flipper listing her on Craigslist in 2013. She was practically Ferrell , having lived outside , and two owners prior to me. I witnessed three very unruly middle school foster boys teasing and tormenting her when I picked her up. They would pretend they had food in their fingers just to make her bark and jump to see if she actually could get anything., hence she nipped at people ‘s fingers if they reached toward her face. Picking her up her left side has always been sensitive , and animal control observing her suspected she may have been kicked .
She’s just such an intelligent deserving soul
