About this campaign

I got Simba when he was around 10 weeks old. He fit right in our little family. I am a single mom to two little girls who quickly became attached to this sweet boy. Simba is the most quirkiest, energetic ball of sunshine there is.

Simba sleeps with my four year old, cuddles with the dog, and lays on my chest at night. He plays with the dog like he is a dog. He stands by the door when he hears the knob open, greeting me every time I come home.

Simba is always getting into something and learning new things. He does a jump and fly in the air when playing, he jumps in the air to climb up and perch himself on my shoulder.

A few nights ago, Simba ate hair ties that he found. I had no idea he found them but he did and unfortunately ate them. He threw them up, and was acting normal until he started throwing up, not eating, and just not his normal self. I am scared if he doesn't get the treatment, my kids and myself are going to lose the cat that we have come to seriously love.

As a single mom on limited income, finances are tight and money is scarce. A lot of vets in the area have quoted over 3,000 to 4,000 for surgery that I cannot come up with. I do not want him to suffer anymore and I really do not want to give him back to the HSPPR.
