Simba is a 4 month old Mix-Breed in hammond, IN, who needs $1,000 for Surgery on Right Leg, X-rays, Re-cast.

As a mother of two our family was missing a special piece. Simba has filled our hearts with love and joy. He is 4 months and baby of the family. We currently live in a place where he has to walk down stairs and its tough for the little guy, as he still is in pain.

As any puppy Simba is very eager to head outside. As we prepared to go out the door, he flew between my significant other's leg and tripped him with the leash. Which resulted for him to fall and hit the back of his head on the stair case with Simba under him. As a result my husband needed immediately medical care and so did Simba. Simba now had a broken right leg.

Simba is a very smart loving dog. He has learned potty training like a champ. We are so proud of him! He loves belly rubs and story time with my 7 year old. Simba is currently enrolled in puppy classes at Petsmart but can no longer attend or graduate. He loved his class and classmate Bently.

Our family of four is on a fixed income. Our oldest daughter(10) broke her left pinky toe last week. It will mean the world and more to our girls for Simba to have a speedy recovery and successful surgery.
