Simba is a 7 month old Mix-Breed in Los Angeles, CA, who needs $2,000 for Surgery to Fix Hip Dislocation.

My cat was given to me as a gift when he was 2 months old. He’s an indoor/outdoor cat and just loves to explore outside. He’s very active and lives with 2 older cats.

Last Wednesday I noticed he was limping and ended up taking him to the vet. Only to find out that he has a dislocated left hip and would require $3000 surgery to fix. He has a noticeable limp and could barely put any weight on his left foot.

He’s the most affectionate and sweetest cat you’ll ever meet. He loves to be around people and will follow me everywhere I go. My daughter loves the cat and he means everything to her.

Unfortunately I don’t have the money to give him the surgery. I work at a school and don’t receive an income during the summer. This was a sudden major expense that I didn’t anticipate and wasn’t prepared for. It would mean so much to me if my cat could live a normal life
