About this campaign

Simba came into our lives about a year ago he was adopted from the San Jose Animal Shelter where we fell in love with him at first sight . Simba is our only pet in our household so he means a lot to our little family. My son Isaac chose his name Simba because our dog reminds him of The Lion King he said.

Our dog Simba loves to cuddle so when it comes to sleep he loves sleeping on my bed warm and cozy. He is a very mellow dog who loves to interact with people and make sure people notice him for some belly rubs. He loves walking to the park and making new friends . He loves chasing squirrels and tiring himself out.

We have no emergency funds, unexpected expenses and are not working full time due to Covid-19. This year has been hard on everyone . Getting our dog Simba back to his original health would mean a lot to me and my family.

Simba has been dealing with blockage in his urinary tract which stops him from using the restroom, which causes him to major discomfort and pain. We are lucky to have our veterinarian Dr. G at Silicon Valley pet clinic to help us with what he can do due to our budget but it is time to get Simba the surgery he needs so we can have him back to normal with his energy and love that he bring to our house.

Simba is very special to us because since the moment that we adopted him we have loved him like if he has been with us since day one . We call him our baby because he is like our second child. My son calls Simba his little brother, they have a really good bond . Simba has a way of cuddling that makes you forget your worries.
