Sir Bobby Socks is a 10-year-old Cat in Dixon, IL, who needs $400 for Dental.

Bobby was a stray my Dad found at a gas station, he was 4-5wks old. My Dad brought him home. My Dad found him in Missouri. However, originally from Illinois, I moved back in June 2022 w/my cats. But Bobby has been drooling, breath smells like death, he has troubles eating (that includes wet food and treats).

Being he is one of the 3 older cats, he basically lays around and cuddles when he wants to. Otherwise, he tries to eat dry food, even wet dry food, wet food, he at times will paw the left side of his face to get the food out of that area (he even has issues eating treats). With him having these issues he is loosing weight.

He is Special to me because he is one of the Two animals I have with me that my Dad saved. So Bobby is like a piece of my Dad. My Dad passed away back in 2015. Bobby also helps me with my anxiety and stress. He will always be a part of my Dad’s Memory and how he rescued other animals. But Bobby can come into the house, not a horse. But this is seriously worrying me.

He has never had issues until shortly before we moved to Illinois. He was showing some signs when I had a friend watching him while I was in HUD (could only have two). But the sitter was also worried about him as well and was giving him some medication which helped, but since the move he is just looking down. Which I worry about.

I collect SSI and funds are stressed tight, due to it going to bills to keep a roof over our heads. I am not one that asks for help, but the sitter recommended you guys to me for when we moved to Illinois. But needing help with his Vet bill.
