Sir Purr is a 2 year old American Shorthair in Raleigh, , who needs $2,000 for FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy).

Sir Purr came into our lives 2 years ago - we rescued him from the shelter and he has been apart of our family ever since. He currently is an inside cat with lots of personality.

On Saturday sep 19, I came home from work and noticed he could not walk on his hind legs. After 4 vet visits we found out he has a disclocated hip. Since we could not afford the vet bill, instead of a simple fix he will need surgery now within the next 3 days. Our vet that we have chosen to go to is Complete Pet Care in Raleigh NC. Any and all help with be used strictly for his procedure.

The theories about orange cats are true! He is a crazy little dude who loves his dog brother and sister as well as his human sister. He is super sweet and makes every human he meets fall in love!

Unfortunately this of course was not planned and nothing something I would think to ever happen. As to how this happened - we still aren’t sure. I just recently lost my car and had to use all of my savings to get a new one so I can’t do anything right now to help him.
