Sir Puss n' Boots the Third is a 4 year old Turkish Van in Dalton, , who needs $500 for Feline Respiratory Panel.

I first met Sir Puss n' Boots the third in 2021, he was a gift from my dad. He came from a rescue shelter, as he was an orphaned cat. He got returned to his shelter once because his owner had fallen ill and couldn't take care of him. Fast forward to May 2025, and we brought a new cat in, Sheba. They've been living together in the house since then.

Since I've had Sir Puss n' Boots the third, sometimes he would squint his right eye. It was always temporary, and a regular vet visit would say that there was nothing to worry about. In June we had our floors replaced, his right eye flared up. After many vet visits, Puss was sent to a specialist, VOS Chattanooga. Puss hasn't reached a definitive diagnosis yet, this is why I started the campaign.

He's the most sweetest, most gentlest cat I've ever known. He's a big cuddle bug. He's terrified of rain and thunder, (don't even mention lightning). He loves being read to! I can sit down and open a book, and narrate it to him until the very end. He'll sit in my lap, ask for pets and listen the whole time. He won't leave until I've closed the book and said, "The end."

My family has been having some financial and medical hardships this year, which has made it much harder to be able to pay unexpected vet bills. I would do anything to see the joy come back to my cat's face again, to be healthy again. He doesn't want to be read to anymore.
