I adopted Sirius in 2011 at a Petsmart with his bonded buddy Remus right after graduating college. He’s moved around with me quite a bit since then. He currently lives with me, my boyfriend, Remus, his best dogs Wilson and Mochi in an apartment. He’s generally been a healthy guy, only needing checkups and the occasional shave since he’s got long hair.

Sirius loves the great outdoors. He doesn’t get much time outside now that we live in an apartment downtown, but I have a leash for him in case i get the chance to take him outside. He loves to be petted and will constantly beg for attention. The first thing he does when you sit down on the couch is jump up next to you to cuddle. He’s very friendly to anyone who comes over.

He is almost always cuddled up to his pal Remus or is always rubbing his face on his friend Wilson (who is a very good sport about it). He has this weird chirp that is apparently a trait of the chantilly breed but I haven’t tested his DNA to confirm. He loves making biscuits at all times and gets the zoomies often. Recently he discovered how much fun tennis balls are.

He has been having trouble with his mouth getting infected. I brought him in to get it treated again and they believe he needs a dental cleaning that may include some extractions. The vet thinks one of his canines that is cracked is causing irritation on his lips and creating infections. He goes to Northlake Animal Hospital

I went through a break up and exhausted a lot of my savings moving. I had invested a huge amount in a home we bought together that I have no legal ownership in. I just want to have all my pets happy and healthy without burdening my credit cards any more than I already have.
