8 years ago i decided i wanted a second dog. We found a breeder and found Slash in March of 2014. He quickly attached to me and every visit thereafter he still came right to me. I knew he was mine! Slash is like one of the family. He gets excited to see his Human brother and sister when they visit. He sleeps in bed with me and is my sidekick. He loves walks, whipped cream squirted in his mouth, and begging me for snacks . He loves any human he comes in contact with and will slobber all over you if you let him.

Slash knows how to open the screen door. For this reason i have to split the farm front door to keep him in. He loves his toys. He does not destroy them, he sleeps with them and carries them everywhere. His favorite toy is the squeaky pig . Just thinking about him in general makes me smile. I can’t wait to get home to him after a long day at work

Slash has a questionable abcess on his upper gums. Without surgery this will not go away. Our vet wants to do surgery to clean the mass out and have it sent for biopsy. Boxers are prone to jaw cancer. Without surgery he will only get worse. He is ok right now, but i know it’s only going to continue to get w we worse

I was divorced two years ago and having the one income is hard. Paying past debts, being out of work myself for surgery just recently the full amount is hard at one time to get. I NEED to get Slash better, it’s not fair to him and I’m feeling like I’m failing him.
