Slide is a 2-year-old Orange Cat in Green Bay, WI, who needs $2,000 for Paw Surgery.

We rescued Slide and Shuffle (Electric Slide and Cupid Shuffle) as rescues from a local cat rescue in Neenah, WI. They are brother and sister and just have the best time together. Literally the best cats anyone can ask for! Their living situation is great, they have each other, our dog and my daughter and son to keep them company.

Slide and our dog Liza interact so well together, he is the friendliest towards our daughter and our new born son, he's just a sweetheart! It breaks my heart seeing him not be able to jump up on everything, his favorite spot was on top of our refrigerator and he can't even go near there anymore because he will try to jump up :(

He is the most lovable boy and he is so loyal, he loves sleeping on top of his Dad while he sleeps and does not leave the bed the entire night, he always is talking to us in the house and has a new story every day! He used to follow Dad around everywhere and now he cant, which makes him very sad :(

Slide loves to jump up on everything and he is a very agile boy, one day he would not get down from one of his favorite spots... He like to jump up in our basement ceiling tile and walk around, but one weekend he wouldn't come down. I had to climb up in there and help him down and that is when my wife saw his paw :( he broke all of his little bones in his paw.

Right now my wife and I just had a newborn, bought a new house and she lost her job... I am the only one working and having an almost a $6,000 bill to pay on top of all our other expenses has made life quite difficult.
